Milling machine is ideal for slotting, circular milling dividing and drilling, to produce flat surfaces in any orientation as well as surfaces of revolution, helical surfaces and contoured surfaces of various configurations.

 To ensure and check the hardness of RTJ that meet the requirement as per API-Specification 6A and a minimum of 30 BHN softer than the flange, the rings will deform and affect a seal without damaging the RTJ grooves on the flanges. 

Spiral wound gasket winding machine improve the productivity and ensure the good quality of the gasket. It is to deploy with automatic inner ring feeding system and can make both basic type and inner type of gasket fully automatically.
