Pump casing is fully completed by applying ARC S1PW and done with the final coating thickness checking .

Pump casing has been rebuild surface by applying ARC 858 .
PUMP CASING AFTER BLASTING
Pump casing was first grit to clean the surface and do the blasting. In addition , we will do the profile check such as profile check and dew point meter for environmental monitoring .
PUMP CASING BEFORE BLASTING
Photo as above show that the surface of pump casing is full with rust grade and substrate condition .
